Refrigerant dryers ADQ & Adsorption dryers AD
ADQ refrigerant dryers that will fulfill your needs
During compressed air production, humidity contained in the atmospheric air is converted into a condensate. In order to prevent corrosion of compressed air lines and wear of connected devices, it is necessary to remove condensed humidity from compressed air as quickly as possible. The most common and fastest way to remove condensation from compressed air is connecting a compressed air refrigerant dryer directly to a compressors.
Quality to Final Product
A clean and dry air network will prevent corrosion, risks and leakages and will improve the quality of the final product. The ADQ refrigerant dryer will help to boost productivity, reduce maintenance costs and prolong the life of your compressed air system. Reduced maintenance and a low energy consumption ensure the ADQ is a cost-efficient solution.
User-Friendly Operation
The refrigeration technology is a user-friendly operation and compatible with any compressor technology. The compact design of the ADQ refrigerant dryer makes for easy and fast installation in limited spaces. The design also ensures easy access to all the electrical components thanks to a straight forward control panel

Adsorption dryers for the highest quality of compressed air
Adsorption dryers are used everywhere there is a requirement for high quality of compressed air to prevent damage of pneumatic devices. Adsorption dryers remove remaining humidity contained in compressed air
Avoid Unnecessary Downtime
During compression, a compressor turns humidity in the intake air into condensate. This can result in wear and corrosion throughout the compressed air network and downstream equipment. The wear and corrosion will then result in a costly interruption to your production. Wear and corrosion will also reduce the service and efficiency of your equipment.
Working Principle of an Adsorption Dryer
The working principle of an adsorption dryer is based on the ability of the desiccant material to absorb water vapor from the compressed air. The filters before the dryer protect it, then the filters after the dryer eliminate desiccant dust. There are three phases in the drying process, which are the drying phase, regeneration phase and pressurization phase. You can find out more about each stage in our brochure.
Two Types of AD Adsorption Dryers
There are two types of AD adsorption dryers. There is the AD timer (timer controlled) and the AD sensor (PDP – sensor controlled). The AD timer continuous purges are calculated to operate in the most demanding conditions. In contrast, the AD sensor purges airflow based on achieving a constant dew point for significant energy savings.
